When Should I Join Gym

When the person would join gym is a good question. Students started going gym just once reached 15 years old or 16 years.

When is the right time to Join Gym:
  • Join Gym even 15 years Old or 16 But except weight lifting you can join those particular age's.
  • Would like to suggest you, you to join better after 18 years only the best time to do weight lifting.
  • Weight lifting may affects your height. the fact is, after 24 years you can not grow and you will lose your height, so best way is if you are Below 5.2 feet height Join gym later (above 24 Years) Otherwise you will Lose your Height.
  • You should know your Limits of Energy.
You may have some ideas about how to fit your health whether join gym or own exercise at your home.
skipping and running are the best exercise to grow up. till 17-18 ages you can do skipping and running in the morning.
