tips for parents:
- you allow your children to relax sometimes a day, for example evening 8pm to 10pm
- do not disturb you child when they are getting sleep or studying.
- ask your child to get break 30 minutes once during exam time.
- your child should not know about your family situation. It may affect their studies.
- do not let them whatever they do, find out first how much they are able to understand about study, leave them because if you overload them, they will not study well.
- they used to watch tv programs much, allow them watching tv but there is some limit.
- ask them to join yoga class.
- when you child is sleeping do not disturb.
