tips for parents:
  1. you allow your children to relax sometimes a day, for example evening 8pm to 10pm
  2. do not disturb you child when they are getting sleep or studying.
  3. ask your child to get break 30 minutes once during exam time.
  4. your child should not know about your family situation. It may affect their studies.
  5. do not let them whatever they do, find out first how much they are able to understand about study, leave them because if you overload them, they will not study well.
  6. they used to watch tv programs much, allow them watching tv but there is some limit.
  7. ask them to join yoga class.
  8. when you child is sleeping do not disturb.
